There aren't any Certified Schroth classes near where I live. So this site really is a big help in teaching me the right exercises for my curve

After getting trained by a physio I still needed more help at home, this site is a really big help

I can't afford to travel to one of the centres that teach the exercises and the Schroth book is too confusing, I'm so glad I found this website.

This site is great, I'm looking forward to visiting them in New York to take the intensive weekend
