Join us for an individualized program designed for the Adult Scoliosis Learner interested in learning how to use exercise to manage their scoliosis at home.
 What you can expect:
We’ll break down the Scoli-Fit Method for each Participants’ Curvature Pattern (Limited to 10 Persons). There are 7 movement Labs designed to give the learner the necessary tools to create a successful home scoliosis exercise program.
Day 1, November 20TH Saturday:
9:00am EST -4pm EST
Hour 1- Intro to Spinal Rehabilitation for the 21st Century
Hour 2- Movement Lab- Learn how to recognize if you are moving Asymmetrically
Hour 3- Movement Lab- Correcting movement asymmetry in real time
2 hour Break
Hour 4- Intro to Corrective Breathing
Hour 5- Movement Lab- Corrective Breathing Techniques for Scoliosis (10 Participants Max)
Day 2, November 21ST Sunday
